I will always give rematches, Unless I find the opponent offensive. I also think that losing white does not have a right to a rematch. I don't play those who disable chat to start with, I see that as participating in a social activity while being antisocial. I also find most international players off. I look forward to having a pleasant experience while playing, hoping to learn and meet cool opponents.
