Mexico update

A small Mexico update here. As you might have noticed, the chat has returned! In the grey column, can't miss it. Last year this was a great succes during the Kramnik-Topalov match, especially when the Dutch forum Utrechtschaak went down. That's why I decided to put it back for Mexico, and as from today you can already start discussing the Wch (or whatever you like). For the daily puzzle you now have to scroll down a little.

And by the way Chessbase brought the news today that there will be a press conference with the eight participants at 20:30 CET (13:30 local time) to be viewed at the official Wch website but since then the site went down. Not a good sign...

The schedule for the Wch is as follows:

Sept. 12 19:00 Opening ceremony
Sept. 13 14:00 Round 01
Sept. 14 14:00 Round 02
Sept. 15 14:00 Round 03
Sept. 16 14:00 Round 04
Sept. 17 Rest day
Sept. 18 14:00 Round 05
Sept. 19 14:00 Round 06
Sept. 20 14:00 Round 07
Sept. 21 14:00 Round 08
Sept. 22 Rest day
Sept. 23 14:00 Round 09
Sept. 24 14:00 Round 10
Sept. 25 14:00 Round 11
Sept. 26 Rest day
Sept. 27 14:00 Round 12
Sept. 28 14:00 Round 13
Sept. 29 14:00 Round 14
Sept. 30 12:00 Tiebreak, Closing ceremony

Mexico City time is 7 hours earlier than Central European Time (CET).
