MINUTES

Wednesday, April 1, 2009  ~  12:00 PM  ~  Library

Attendance:  Matt Webb (Vice President), Brian Beecher (Advisor), Ryan Hauri, Melissa Lueck (Secretary), Jordan Hartwig (Treasure), Josiah Stone (President).

1. Attendance.
2. Meeting called to order at 12:05 p.m.
3. Minutes had not been distributed.
4. Old Business.       
   1. Nick French’s Opening Lecture.

                                                              i.      April 1 @ 6:30pm in lecture hall 106, members, please attend!

                                                            ii.      Lecture will be video taped

                                                          iii.      Bill will make a DVD for the UW-Rock Library

                                                          iv.      Should we put this on campus television?

                                                              i.      Subway coupons-Tabled.

                                                            ii.      Tables are all set to go

1. New Business.
   1. Chess set checkouts – 3 will be on 3-day loan, others 2 hours.
   2. Matt will make ads that will say that we have avaliable check out for chess DVD’s, boards, etc.
