PRIZES for teammates who stick through

Hey everyone!

It's been a tough four matches (2 preseason matches, 2 regular season matches, all losses). And to be frank, we may not have a great season, we simply may not stack up well against some of these monster teams! 

I do hope you don't quit on us because we are losing. if you want to do so, please leave this group  However, I will be giving an incentive for you guys to stick through and help our team no matter how bad (or good) we do. 

I plan to give three prizes to teammates who stick through regardless of our record. I won't be telling you what the prizes are, because I want your participation to be genuine. There is no formula on how I will determine winners, I am entitled to give them to whoever I want (because they are my resources I am giving away ). 

Factors will include frequent participation, explaining why you have to miss a match, overall encouragement to our team, and trying to get better for our team.

However, there is one prize I can give away that Chess.com posted, it's that if we go all matches with no forfeits (meaning we field at least 10 players every match), our top performer will receive a 3-month diamond membership. I don't know how they determine our top performer. So just show up, and do your best
