This September, step onto the stage with five questionable musicians who are ready to put your chess skills and patience to the test. The chessboards are set. Bring earplugs and take your seat.

🏆 Beat the Band Class Bots throughout September to collect exclusive rewards including flair, a special board, and pieces.

Let's meet the band!

Cliff (Triangle Player)

Playing Strength: 300

You may not respect his chess moves, but you better respect the triangle! Can you defeat Cliff before he plays the same three notes for the 500th time?

Duke (Cellist)

Playing Strength: 600

His true passion is getting absolutely jacked and beating you at chess. He can deadlift his cello. Can he lift your king off the board?

Ella (Drums/Gong)

Playing Strength: 925

She’s got a mallet and everything looks hittable. Don’t leave anything unattended and try to keep your pieces intact long enough to checkmate her.

Nina (Saxophone)

Playing Strength: 1300

She’s warming up for a silky-smooth solo and chess moves worth swooning over. If you’re not careful, you’re in for a very jazzy checkmate.

Mr. Blakey (Band Teacher)

Playing Strength: 1825

He demands discipline and he demands you make your first move, on the count of three! Bring your best chess game. Mr. Blakey is grading on a curve, and the curve is checkmate.

How many times do you think Cliff will ding the triangle before someone takes it away? Let us know in the comments below!
