This is an official USCF-rated tournament open to all current USCF members. USCF rules and regulations will be strictly adhered to. All players must have current USCF membership to play. Current USCF regular ratings will be used. USCF memberships/renewals will be handled at this tournament. Time control is G/25; d5.
Registration deadline is Thursday, March 3rd at 11.59 pm. Only one ½-point bye may be requested. Other byes will be 0-point.
