Learn and started playing chess in high school. My math and social teacher was an avid chess fanatic and ran the after school chess club. That's where I learn and started playing. Since I graduated from school there hasn't been anyone to play chess with till I found out about chess on the internet. Hooray for the internet. Now I can always find someone to play a game whenever I want to play.
