Hi! I'm Nicolò, 23 years old, from Italy.

Chessboxing 🥊 world champion, 2250 over the board (2400 online), several years of teaching, self-improvement Lover.

I enjoy helping others improve. 🔥 I don't ask for money. 🔥 All i want back is someone who follows my advice. I'll tell you what you should work on. I'm not gonna be the usual 1hour/week coach, because you don't even need it. You only need a coach to ask him where you should focus on, when you train. I'd like to have students that are going to follow my tips and see where they lead them. No discipline, no gain. We'd do 1 month experiments to see the improvements. The two principles are 1) a training session you enjoy ❤️‍🔥 is worth more than one you hate 2) if you don't see some kind of improvement 💫, we change the type of training.
