(This tournament will not auto-start, so, to all of you chess scofflaws who sign up for tourneys that you're way overqualified for in the hope that the director is sloppy enough to allow you to get away with such bullying of us lower-rated folk, good luck with that. However, a little leeway will given for ratings almost within the given range.)
