Competitive Stars League S3 Captains

Hi there!

                This club is only for those captains that are participating in the Competitive Stars League (SEASON 3)! In this club, the captains would get notified of everything in the league firstly before it goes to the main club (Competitive Stars League). Moreover, here I would announce players that are in need of teams. Also when the league starts, you can only have substitute players on your team if the player meets all the rules and the captain must make a forum regarding the subbing in this club, or else, you won't have the sub taken to your this. This is done because everyone should be notified.
