Hi, I'm Timmy James. a musician, a writer, and now, a chess player. 

I don't remember when I learned how to play chess. I feel as if I've always known how to move the pieces, how to castle... but only recently did I learn about the en passant. That was only two years ago. And that was when i decided I would start paying a little more attention to chess. however, it wasn't until a few months ago that I've really started to put in the time to study, play, and observe the Masters of the game. I really don't expect much from the game other than to have a bit of fun and develop better problem solving abilities. Invite me to play a game, I would love to meet you on the board.
