That's not mate.  As far as I can tell, that becomes mate in 4.

I found this mate in 5 beginning with Qf4+:

2. Qf4# or 2. Qg5#

If the first move is knight to e5+, the 2. Qg5+ leaves Kxg5 and quite possibly looses for white.
