The University of Pyongyang aims to build and develop the mind of each student; skills that will strengthen their mind-thinking skills, critical thinking and their tactics in real-time.

The Supreme People's Assembly has the direct authority to shut this down without reasoning. All students were instructed and are to follow a strict set of rules to prevent any unnecessary discussions. All online activity is monitored and recorded by the State. - For the sake of Education & Improvement, students have the free will to discuss to other foreigners, any topic that goes against our government or the people; a decisive matter will take place, limiting communications to foreigners if needed.
