Phantom

Looks like a NightWing normally, except that he has no star scales under his wings, and his pupils are light blue instead of black.

Phantom was created by the NightWings, around the end of Book 15, and was a coordinated effort between the 10 tribes of Pyhhria and Pantala.

They were planning on creating a hyper-intelligent AI dragon to help the rest of the tribes for many future generations.

To create this AI, they scanned and used the minds of a dragon from each of the 10 tribes, chosen by their jurisdiction, and combined them into 1. This mind was put into an artificial body and developed at its own pace through many tests.

Once the AI passed all of the tests, the NightWings deemed the AI ready and prepared to release it. It was named PH2NT0M-A.

But, during the launch, something happened. PH2NT0M-A had an error, and went under a fundamental program revision. He teleported to a random place anywhere on the planet and wasn't seen for half a year.
