The Emeritus Students College of Marin (ESCOM) Chess Club, with about ten members, meets for over-the-board chess on Fridays at 2:00 p.m. in a room at Marin Community College. At other times we will be playing online, We have beginners with a rapid or classical rating of about a 600 rating and more advanced players up to about 1600. Most of the players are probably rated between 1000 and 1400 in rapid and less in blitz and bullet.
