We are small chess club in Slovakia - Europe. Our club was found in 1950 in a city district of Považská Bystrica - Považské Podhradie. Then a small village club, now a regional chess center and a home of Regional Chess Academy. We have our A team in Slovak 2nd league and three youth teams in the 3rd and 4th league. In 2020 Regional Chess Academy team made it to the youth league finals.
