The Analysis Group

This is a group strictly for game analysis only. The idea was spawned by RainbowRising and Politicalmusic from a forum discussion concerning annotation. We are serious about improving the our play and believe that annotating games is a solid way to improve. We would recommend, four steps of analysis. * With your opponent if possible. * Annotate the games with your thoughts. * With a coach, stronger player, or similarly strong players. This is essentially the purpose of this group. * If available, analysis with computer. We ask a couple of things of members who wish to join 1. By joining, you agree to submit one of your games analyzed using the steps above. (A minimum of one game every two weeks - Except for titled players) 2. You have a minimum rating 1900. While we are certainly not elitist, we would like to control the quality of analysis. 3. If you can't submit one of your games, contribute to the analysis of other games.
