The Dominion was established over 2000 years prior to the events of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, by the Changelings (ie Founders), as a means of defending themselves against the widespread persecution they faced from solids. After a costly war with the Federation and a temporary cease-fire, the Dominion is back, stronger than before. We are on a mission to bring order to the galaxy, and have already beaten the Q Continuum, Starfleet Academy, and other enemy targets. With over 1500 members, we are THE biggest Star Trek group on chess.com, and we run vote chess, team matches, an in-house members league called the Dominion League of Legends, over 80 chess puzzles, and MANY other great activities.
