Name changes of The Chaturaji Masters' Club and creation of the HQ Branch

Starting from September 10, 2022 at 4:34 a.m. PDT, "The Chaturaji Masters' Club" will become the name of the parent club comprised of the branches, and it's also the name of the HQ Branch. The club page which was formerly called "The Chaturaji Masters' Club" is renamed "The Chaturaji Masters' Official Club". Likewise, "The Chaturaji Experts' Club" is renamed "The Chaturaji Experts' Official Club", and "The Chaturaji Grandmasters' Club" is renamed "The Chaturaji Grandmasters' Official Club". Thus, "The Chaturaji Masters' Club" is comprised of "The Chaturaji Masters' Official Club", "The Chaturaji Experts' Official Club", and "The Chaturaji Grandmasters' Official Club";  the rules, regulations, and admin candidateships of the club will be discussed in the HQ Branch

Meanwhile, The International Chaturaji Federation will separate from The Chaturaji Masters' Clubs, and at first, the Federation will include our Masters' Clubs and YEHONADAVMA's Chaturaji Players' Club as members. While the super admins of all the branches of our Masters' Clubs always need to be identical, the super admins of the Federation can be different, and new people from other clubs can be elected as super admins of the Federation
