Referendum: Sharpdon's admin status

Do you think @Sharpdon should be promoted to the admin status of the Chaturaji Masters' Club, representing newbies and under-1800-rated players?

The idea to promote Sharpdon was initiated by me, regarding the fact that nowadays our club is the official club for all the Chaturaji players. It has been discussed by all the 4 internal super admins, and the result is 3 seem to be in favor, and 1 against

Max Wolfe: Don't promote sharpdon... His management style is absoloutely inefficient lol. We also cannot simply hand out Administration roles within the club

With this result, I could promote Sharpdon. However, I want to ask for the club members' opinions

The arguments for promoting Sharpdon are that

- Sharpdon has been running a small Chaturaji fan club https://www.chess.com/club/chaturaji-fan-club-1 This club is the most active and the most informative in comparison with other small clubs, such as YahyaShahid0 and Fizashahid2's inactive Chaturaji Friends Club https://www.chess.com/club/chaturaji-friends-club and 100roundy's forgotten Chaturaji Fan club https://www.chess.com/club/chaturaji-fan-club or Magolor's outdated Chaturaji Community https://www.chess.com/club/the-chaturaji-community

- Sharpdon is very interesting in taking care of the beginners' rights to learn Chaturaji. He has used a corner of his small club to post education lessons on Chaturaji for beginners. These lessons have been taught by KingChessable and UltraTrap https://www.chess.com/announcements/view/weekly-lessons-1

- Sharpdon has proposed a tournament for low-rated players and want to encourage these players to improve https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/what-do-you-think-about-this-idea-guys

- Sharpdon's bio profile on chess dot com illustrates him as a very friendly and nice person https://www.chess.com/member/sharpdon

- Sharpdon promises he will become more active in Chaturaji if promoted

The arguments for not promoting Sharpdon are that

- Sharpdon's management style is considered weak by some experienced super admins

- Sharpdon's ratings are still low

- Sharpdon has not been very active in Chaturaji for weeks, but he plays some other games

Historically, the reason why Sharpdon created his club was caused by our 2100+ requirement. At that time, he wasn't allowed to join because his ratings didn't meet our requirements. However, nowadays, it's time for us to fix the past.

So now I want to ask for your opinions. And if you don't approve, whom will you want to nominate? We need a person caring for the beginners' and low-rated players' rights. And because this admin position is special, its holder doesn't need to meet the requirement of 2200+ in blitz
