Super admins, admins, and coordinators of the Chaturaji Masters' Club
The previous principles to choose super admins, admins, and coordinators of the Chaturaji Masters' Club – the de facto only official club recognized by chess.com to legally represent chaturaji – are modified and replaced with this constitution
The current version of the constitution becomes official and takes effect starting from July 10, 2022, at 5:38 p.m. UTC-3:00
Part I. Super admins
1. Internal super admins
– The internal super admins are the super admins who become super admins when they are chaturaji masters but have not been staff members or 4-player/variants server admins
– The internal super admins are permanent super admins, and their statuses can not be removed under any circumstances – even if they are inactive – unless they close their own accounts or violate the website rules
– If an internal super admin has 2 accounts approved by chess dot com, both accounts are entitled to equally have the super admin status
– The current list of internal super admins consists of GellartGrindelwald, Terkenal/ElenadeAvalorCetrodelaLuz, Max_Wolfe/xXTurboSnailXx, and TheUltraTrap/Broken_ratings99
– GellartGrindelwald is the founder and figurehead of the club
– Terkenal/ElenadeAvalorCetrodelaLuz is the Chief Executive super admin
– Max_Wolfe/xXTurboSnailXx is the First Vice Executive super admin
– TheUltraTrap/Broken_ratings99 is the Second Vice Executive super admin
– If a new internal super admin is selected in the future, he/she should be in accordance with the current internal super admins' policies, possess analytical and leadership skills, have reached 2300+ in blitz, and use an avatar
– The important matters of the club should be discussed and decided by the Chief Executive super admin, the Vice Executive super admins, the advisor super admin, the figurehead, and the best-rated serving club admins
2. External super admins
– The external super admins are the super admins who become super admins when they are staff members or 4-player/variants server admins
– If an external super admin has 2 accounts approved by chess dot com, only one account can have the super admin status
– Each term of office for an external super admin lasts for 4 months; a year consists of 3 terms: from June 23 to October 23, from October 23 to February 23, and from February 23 to June 23 in UTC-3:00
– The external super admins consist of the honorific representative super admin and the advisor super admin
– The honorific representative super admin
❄️ The honorific representative super admin does not engage in the club's matters but symbolically represents the website staff's official recognition of the club and the club's respect for the website staff
❄️ The honorific representative super admin can serve an unlimited number of consecutive terms without needing to be reelected
❄️ If the honorific representative super admin no longer works for chess dot com, or he/she wants to quit, he/she shall be replaced with another staff member
❄️ Spacebar is the inaugural holder
– The advisor super admin
❄️ The advisor super admin directly represents the website staff's guidance, influentially engages in the club's matters, and professionally advises the internal super admins
❄️ The advisor super admin is elected every 4 months by direct popular vote
❄️ Only the club members who have reached 2100+ in any mode can vote in the advisor super admin elections
❄️ In case the incumbent advisor super admin is incapacitated, the internal super admins have the right to choose a 4-player/variants server admin as the new advisor super admin serving the remainder of the term
❄️ The advisor super admin can not serve 3 consecutive full terms, although he/she is entitled to serve an unlimited number of full terms
❄️ Martinaxo is the inaugural holder
– In case an internal super admin becomes a staff member or 4-player/variants server admin, he/she can not serve as an external super admin
– A person can not serve as honorific representative super admin and advisor super admin at the same time
Part II. Admins
– The internal club admins are the club admins who become admins when they are chaturaji masters but have not been staff members or 4-player/variants server admins
– The external club admins are the club admins who become admins when they are staff members or 4-player/variants server admins
– The internal admins are appointed by the internal super admins, mainly the Chief Executive super admin, and help the internal super admins take charge of the club
– Requirements for a chaturaji player to become a new internal club admin
❄️ Having partaken in the chaturaji community for at least 14 weeks since he/she played his/her first-ever chaturaji game
❄️ Possessing the abilities to analyze, make decisions, resolve problems, and identify illegal activities
❄️ Being a friendly, trustworthy, assertive, and helpful person with a lot of interactions and relationships throughout the club notes, discussions, and game chats regardless of religions, nationalities, languages, or races
❄️ Contributing creative and helpful ideas to the club
❄️ Supporting and respecting the super admins
❄️ Having reached 2200+ in blitz
❄️ Using an avatar; in case he/she has reached 2600+ in blitz, he/she is exempted from this requirement
❄️ Having a clear and undisputed identity; the players who are suspected as formerly banned accounts disqualify from club admin status
– If a club admin has 2 accounts approved by chess dot com, only one account can have the admin status
– The internal club admins' service qualities are rated by the Chief Executive super admin on a scale from 1 star to 5 stars
– The status of an internal club admin may be removed if he/she has been inactive for months or has not served well. However, if his/her service quality has been rated 5 stars for more than a year, his/her admin status can become permanent
– xXMagolorXx is honorably given the permanent admin status for being the first person to accept the invite to join the club
Part III. Coordinators
– The number of coordinators is directly proportional to the number of club members in a ratio of 1:20
– The number of coordinators can not be smaller than 10
– Only the chaturaji players who have reached 2000+ in any mode may become coordinators
– The staff members and 4-player/variants server admins can not become coordinators
– The coordinators are mainly elected by direct popular vote, although the super admins may appoint up to one-fifth of the number of coordinators

– The status of coordinator is not permanent and can be reelected
– If a coordinator has been inactive for weeks, he/she may be reelected
– If a club coordinator has 2 accounts approved by chess dot com, only one account can have the coordinator status
