I know, Duoling just told me that. I have no way of checking if you just have to do the badge or/and beat the bots to get the 1 month award.
(I mean the Monthly Badge that Duo told me about, not that it's valid for existing members.)
I just looked at the article, and premium members are the one that clame 2 months free!

For the reward given here, it's just for playing the bots from the way the article reads. It's not 100% clear if all bots have to be played or not.
