Looks like you got disconnected. There were server issues around that time and the site refined rating lost due to tha problem. If you didn't receive a refund, you could contact support with the game link.

He perdido una partida por tiempo, a mi me quedavan dos segundos y a mi oponente decimas de segundo. Me gustaria recuperar el elo perdido.
