I'm not great over-the-board. I can usually get through the opening with an advantage, but have difficulty making that advantage permanent. My strength (if I have one!) is in my endgame play. I know endgame theory pretty well, and always look for the unexpected move that my opponents overlook. Endgames are easier, somehow, because there's less material to use but more moves for the remaining pieces.
