Chapter I – Definition and Classification of Crimes

“Vizeism” is a counter-revolutionary revisionist ideology, with the following characteristics:

Article 2. Classification of Vizeism Ideological Offenders

V1	Propagating Religion in a Revolutionary Organization	Demoted to a lower rank, muted for 4 months
V2	Talking about religion and gender issues	Demoted by 1 level, more serious will be reduced by 2 levels, muted for 8 months
V3	Using religious symbols in clubs, promoting trotskyist ideology, and wrong thoughts that deviate from the ideology of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin	Demoted to member, no club benefits and muted for 1-2 year.
V4	Support Vizeism by openly promoting in the club,policy opposition, support lgbt, support religion	Permanently banned

Note, penalties will increase if someone commits a crime.

Chapter II – Punishment and Rehabilitation

Article 3. Ideological reform camps
Each convicted Vize member shall:

+, Write a self-criticism entitled: “How I Betrayed Marx”. Write more than 2400 words and at least 450 lines. Font size about 14px, Time New Roman font system.
+, Be forced to renounce Vizeism (within the club) or be sentenced according to the V4 verdict
+, Memorize Marx’s Judgment on Religion.
and then be sentenced according to the above classification.

Article 4. Punishment of USVR Club Leaders
All leaders, ideologists and spokesmen of Vizeism:

+, Be tried publicly in the Class Hall

+, Deprived of the right to speak, write and participate in any revolutionary organization

+, Be placed on the club's Black List

Chapter III – Reeducation and rehabilitation opportunities
Article 5. Opportunity to turn back for Vizeists
If a Vizeist:

+, Voluntarily writes a letter to renounce Vizeism (within the club)

+, Commits to re-study Marxist theory

…then he/she can:
+, Restore citizenship rights, positions

+, Restore experimental proletarian membership

Chapter IV – Prevention & Propaganda of Revolutionary Ideology
Article 6. Prohibition of publishing and disseminating documents related to “Vizeized”
+, Strictly prohibit all publications with “Communist theist” messages

+, Block all avatars, background images, statuses, and posts containing slogans related to religion

+, Establish a Revolutionary Atheist Inspection Team, monitor 24/7 on all platforms within the club.
