Hail, and well met! I am Narangren Tirthallion, otherwise known as Potato50012.  Before talking about myself, let me answer some common questions

  1. What kind of a name is that?: It is Quenya, and it means "Flame of Iron, the Steadfast Guard".
  2. Why "Potato50012"?: A whim, nothing more.
  3. Where is Icewind Dale?: It is a fictional location on Abeir-Toril in the Forgotten Realms, Lonelywood is a hamlet in Icewind Dale.
  4. What is your profile picture?: It is Túrin Turambar of Middle-Earth.

Next, a word of warning. Do not attack innocent individuals. Do not throw insults at the undeserving. Do not attack my friends. Do not attack me. I will not let it go unpunished. I will stand up to anyone, be they a new account, an admin, a grandmaster, or a staff member. Don't think nobody cares. I always care.

If anyone is doing those things to you, send me a message. I will come running.

If anyone needs help with anything, or wants to help those in need, please join my club, Friends in Need.

I am a person who likes chess, RPGs, science, and games of all kinds. I love to go camping and help people. I am very fond of the King's Pawn Opening: King's Head Opening. I am a Priest (but probably not the type you are thinking of) in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

I am also a HAM Radio operator with a General Class License, a Lifeguard, a Leave No Trace Trainer, and a Life Scout.

I do do a Chess.com blog, most of it is my Tutorial Series, where I explain how to do things on Chess.com (if you want to know, just ask!) and polls of my friends. If anyone has a topic they want me to blog, just leave me a note, or PM me! I am open to all suggestions.

"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and it shall be given him."

James 1:5

Favorite scripture:

"And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you by the power of the Holy Ghost.

And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things."

Moroni 10:4-5

Chaotic Good

Your alignment is chaotic good. You believe in the importance of putting the interests of your fellow being before your own, but cannot stand to be forced to conform to another's laws or ideals. You usually act on what your heart tells you to do, rather than what the authorities tell you. You don't believe that anyone has the right to repress another being for any reason, and probably value personal freedom above all else. You concern yourself with the difference you can make here and now, and if someone doesn't like how you get things done, that's their problem. Chaotic goods often make excellent rebels and folk heroes. Most chaotic good adventurers die rebelling against authoritarian forces of evil. In the afterlife, you will probably spend eternity revelling in the beauteous lands of Arborea, experiencing an endlessly unpredictable cycle of joy and sorrow. Stronger souls may carve out their own lands within the plane, places of endless feasts and frivolity. http://www.angelfire.com/rpg/annwn/Alignment_Test.html
