Never really been good at putting an "about me" page, but I have nothing better to do so what the heck. Started playing chess with my grandfather around 6 or 7. I took a liking to it and joined my school's chess club. I finally became good enough to join the "varsity" in 5th grade. Stayed with the team until sophomore year in high school. I've just recently started to play again so my game is a bit rusty. Luckily, there are quite a few chess videos on youtube with some nice analysis that have helped. Special mention to Jerry (chessnetwork) since I like his way of explaining things the best. Not that he is going to read this. I'll be testing out new openings for a bit since I'm really getting tired of playing the Italian game and the dragon. That should be all for now.
