The objectives of the club are: To promote the popularity and growth of Chess amongst the youth of the Neath district. To achieve the highest honour in Welsh Chess. When do we meet and where? The club meets on Tuesdays at 7:00p.m. at Tonna Rugby Club. How much does it cost? From May to the end of the Summer Holidays there is no fee for attending the club. When the new season starts then the club is open for members only which costs £12 (adults) £8 (under 18) plus league registration fees where applicable. Brief History of the Club: Castell Nedd Chess Club was formed in 1978.
