I'm pretty confident they will never allow that for games. 

Live:

Play > Live > Tournaments (tab or Join Tournament button)

Daily: Play > Tournaments

If you are on the Android app there is a Tournaments menu option. If you are iOS, tournaments can't be joined there but you can join on the website.

After your game completes, you can choose the Computer Analysis button below the move arrows. On the app, on the game, there is a board with magnifying glass that does it.

You can also import games into Learn > Analysis on the website.

Also, tournaments on the iOS app are supposed to be in QA testing, though have no idea when they may make into general release.

You probably got disconnected and the lost on time or by abandonment.

I depends. It can take a few days to a few weeks. Be sure to make sure any e-mails from the site don't go to your junk/spam folders because they will contact you through that method for any additional steps.
