In 1892 Chigorin played a rematch with Steinitz and kept it close throughout. They played first to ten wins and only a blunder from Chigorin in the 23rd game prevented him from reaching a 9-9 tie score. As it was, Steinitz narrowly defended his title 10-8. Here's the fourth game, possibly the best in the match.
