I just started playing chess on a regular basis a few years ago. I'm not what you would call a student of the game; I just love to play. I haven't read any chess books or anything like that, I don't take the game that seriously. I just find the game and the people who play the game intriguing.

I lost my Queen! My beautiful wife, Norma, past away on July 27, 2011 . She was an amazing woman. The most loving and generous person I ever met. She was strong and courageous during her 12 year battle with breast cancer and never once complained; she just did what she had to do and lived life to the fullest in the mean time.
