Caught the chess bug in 2018. Play for Lanarkshire (CC) and Team Scotland (WL and EL).

Goals for 2022:

• Daily: 1800 ✓
• Rapid: 1600 ✓
• Blitz: 1500 ✓
• Bullet: 1500 ✓
• Puzzles: 3000 ✓

Goals for 2023:

• Work through IM Silman's book
• Learn the Vienna as white and Caro-Kann as black
• Cut back on daily. Play only WL (standard), EL and CC matches. Maintain 1800.
• Puzzles: reach 3200 and then take a break to focus on live chess ✓
• Blitz: reach 1600 using gambit lines (King's, Blackmar, Rousseau, Englund etc)
• Live 960: retake and hold 1400
• Gain the FIDE title Arena Candidate Master ✓
• Bring blitz and rapid up to the same level as bullet on FIDE's site.
