Process Your Chess (Chinese Version)
Some of us might play sports, write, or whatever. However, what a lot of us are lacking is processing.
Process journals are very important. I met with a professional author and a coach of one of the best middle school debate teams in the US. Both of them use process journals. The coach also gets his team to write process journal entries, which he takes as a major grade.
So how is this related to chess?
This is related to chess because when you play, especially from tournaments or other professional events. You can reflect on what you did and what you might change later, which can be deeply helpful. Most of us aren't professionals, meaning most of us don't use a process journal either. If you don't have one, I recommend that you heavily make one, as I am starting one and it is a game changer.
