I forgot to enlight that this tournament was reserved to American players.

Therefore I have decided to ask the non-american players to withdraw from the tournament if they are ok.

Of course to withdraw is not compulsary but you must know that only the best American player will be qualified to the World Chess Cup to play against qualified players from the other continental cups.
