USS??Potemkin NCC-1657 (U1199) [Checkers Chess - V3 required]

In this chess variant, each player begins with 2 rows of pawns. The pawns on the second and seventh ranks may move forward 2 squares on its first move; but the 2nd row of pawns may not. En passant applies only the the second and seventh rank. V3 of Chess.com (New Chess.com) is required to participate, as V2 (Old Chess.com) will give error messages that every move made is an illegal move (as the game begins in an illegal position).
