Hi!

I'm a 26 year old chess coach from Essex in England who specialises in teaching chess fundamentals to beginners, adults improvers and children alike.

I started playing chess in 2020 and it has since taken over my life, as I travel round the UK competing in OTB tournaments. 

Many titled coaches are not appropriate for lower rated players, as they struggle to see the game from an amateur's perspective.

My passion for chess shows in my coaching sessions - my students say that they find learning chess with me fun - as it should be!

I have first hand experience raising my rating from 700 to approx 1800 FIDE (and rising) over the past few years through slowly improving my chess principles and tactical awareness; skills which I can help you develop too!
