When they say Ratings 1400 - 1799, are the creators talking about a USCF rating or a Chess.com rating?

Or chess can drive you insane....like Fischer.   Tongue Out                                          Niether could you or anybody else. Besides, I never said anything about being Fischer. I merely pointed out that chess doesn't affect people the way you think. Everyone is different. Try to stay focused, would you Francis ?

Chess helps us to be super^mindful, and hopefully facilitate our whole being's advance to being Supernatural In Unity with others.... Let's be patiently Virtuous. (....you must "understand" and grasp higher reasons too.)

...and, Les4chess you could never be "Fischer" :)

I think he meant "special/specific" as far as I remember Deutsch

The word eigenartig tranlates to strange/peculiar, at least according to Google translate. So according to Hayes1068, american people are peculiar. :D I really want to befriend a German in my life. They sound awesome people hahah.

The comment by Hayes1068—hahah. I had to use google translate by the way to get that word: eigenartig.
