CHESS ENGINES

Hi, I'm looking to buy a fairly decent chess engine where I can import all my recently finished games from chess.com including opponent's names ratings, name of the tournament and date. I will then let the engine analyze each one of them. Moreover, I would also like to keep this games on my engine’s database for future usage to compare games and see how have I been improving (or not).

By the way, I don't want chess king 4 (I already have it), although it is the closest thing to what I'm looking for, I ran out of extended installations due to some computer problems I was having with and cannot re-install it again.

Actually, I'm looking for something that is user friendly and not necessarily the latest engine on the market. I don't want to spend more than $100.00

Thank you in advance for your input. Please do not recommend a free engine. I don't want those either.

Either HIARCS or Fritz would work; HIARCS is more user friendly.  Love the search database by position feature in HIARCS.  Fritz may have that too but it's resolutely nonintuitive and I don't have the patience to figure it out.  Of course if you're already familiar with chess king 4, you could throw a fresh copy of chess king 2 on your computer for around $30.

I will check out Hiarcs. I also have Depp Fritz 14 and I regret having bought it. To me it is absolutely wothless because I cannot figure it out either. I tried to have my own data base but then I couldn't figure out how to retrieve my games either. I also gave up.

Thanks,

Well ... you can buy Aquarium 2015 from ChessOK  and just use Stockfish as your analysis engine.

Or you can download SCID vs PC for free and use Stockfish.

I will look into it. Thanks!
