A high quality book on Petroisan`s games with some interesting pictures one of them is from the 1966 Havana Olympiad Petroisan is either giving advice or commenting on a game Fidel Castro is seated playing. All the games are in descriptive notation but in this edition you can find them in the back in algebraic as a courtesy from the publisher the book covers his career up to his game against Spassky at the 1971 Alekhine memorial.

Highly recommended for intermediate beginners and strong players.

Yes, I Have the Batsford Limited London and R.H. M,. Chess publishing New York, and the book is amazing with extraordinary B-W Pics. Pity the pre-historic notation R.K1-Q1.

But...The Two sets of E. Shekhtman for Pergamon are the ultimate and great tribute to the Armenian Tiger.  (recently reissued)

I have the two volumes by Shekhtman. They're among the prizes of my chess library! Apart from games heavily annotated by Petrosian and his contemporaries, it also has articles, pics and other great info!
