What does all the +=- notation mean in Fritz analysis?

Hello everybody it would be very nice if someone could tell me what all the +=- mean in the analysis board of fritz,and it shows some kind of rating in this format = (-0.19) then the depth analysis 17/34 (not interseted in this one) and then the best move ex.e.3 - e.4 but the first thing =(0.19) and then it has someother moves with higher or lover ratings and the notation is with a + and a - under showing a higher number (0.77).Sorry if it sounds confusing but if you have fritz PLEASE,i need help!

-0.19 means black has an advantage of .19 pawns

0.77 means white has an advantage of .77 pawns

The rest is garbage.

 Uh no, the rest isn't garbage.  They are Informator symbols - Position evaluation symbols
