I ran into this problem myself. What you have to do (instead of posting in the forums) is send a message to 'Contact Us' or send a PM to a Staff member. They will fix your problem just as they fixed mine!

I am a Platinum member. I haven't used chess mentor at all for a few days. I should get five lessons per day. When I select "lessons" and then select one to learn from I get a message telling me I've reached my limit for the day. If I select "courses" instead of "lessons" I get in ok...but I can't locate the lesson I found under "lessons". I think there is a glitch in the program. Please repair it.
