I wonder what could be the best response from black for the moves 1.e4 , 1.d4 and 1.Nf3? Can anyone answer me?

From a theoretical point, there are probably a lot of moves, you can play that draw the game with perfect play from both sides after that (like a 32-man endgame table base).
1. e4 e5/c5
1. d4 d5/Nf6
1. Nf3 Nf6/d5
