I don't understand why youre exclaming the moves, f6 g6 setup is fine, infact Hikaru just won against a 2800 18,5-5.5 using this setup.
Qh5+ isnt a special move, your opponent was just stupid.

Qh5 is just playing for tricks, which will work against 1000~ good luck playing higher rated players than that.
