On the chesslive database, they show a number of games where black plays Nxd4. In those lines, black scores 88%. When play continues Bb5+...Nc6, black scores 100%. So I'd not worry about taking that knight.
Does anyone get this line?

its listed in the chess.com database, that is the only opening database i use. as for AbelFinkenbinder that is what i expected in normal play, but were those master games?
This is the yates variation of the sicilian. It seems to go down a piece but no masters take the knight. Can anyone explain?
