e4 c5 Bc4

Maybe it's just me but it seems every time I respond to e4 with Sicilian the response always seems to be Bc4. Usually with the idea to play Qf3. It's easy enough to defend the idea but I'm starting to find it kind of annoying. Maybe because I play most of my games on chess with friends. Anyone else get this? Any intruiging thoughts on playing against this line? I usually respond with e6. But maybe someone has a nice reason that I should perhaps try something like Nf6?

e4 c5 bc4 e6 is standard

if you know white is going to go qf3 on move 3 go knight c6 if then queeh f3 knight e5 defends f7 attacks c4 and f3
