Help - Bowler Attack

I have searched the internet for hours on end trying to find a reliable refutation for the 2. Bc4 response to the Sicilian, as I frustratingly discovered that at my level in live (1200-1500), most players choose this line to avoid opening theory and get out of the Sicilian. But there are literally no diamond videos on chess.com on it, nor any videos on YouTube concerning it. Would anyone post the main line for this attack from black's perspective and include a few variations? Thanks!

There's no refutation.  I would suggest putting pawns on e6 and a6.  Then look for opportunities to expand with ..d5 or ..b5 gaining tempo.  As White has committed to Bc4 at such an early point, ..e6 is bound to be a useful move, so I would play it right away.
