I don't think I understood a lot of that but I'll try to answer it. Learn whichever one you feel most comfortable in. If you get lost whenever your opponent plays something other than the lines you've memorised then you're going about learning the wrong way. You should focus on the PLANS AND IDEAS of the lines rather than just memorising them. Go through some games in the lines you're interested in..
