Suffocating Opening

Hello,

First of all, I'm amateur level (my current live chess standard ranking is 1169).

Whenever I am playing I tend to attempt to open my game in a way that it will make it harder for the oponent to castle. Maybe it is a terrible strategy, but hey, its fun =P

Eventually, while the oponent is trying to get rid of my threats, I manage to open space for my own castling. This normally creates a terrible defense of my part but well (half-adept of Steinitz's philosophy! =P)

I've read about Ruy Lopez's "Spanish Torture" opening, and that's definetively fun to play (I still have headache whenever I am in fact playing it, but I like that).

So my question would be towards that: could you guys indicate me more openings like the Spanish Torture or that aims attacking your oponent early on? Also, any articles and (video) lessons concerning that are appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

@AdvLegitimate More like squeezing the oponent! I've already studied a little about Ruy Lopez, so I would be looking for something else with the same idea.

@valentijnraw Yes, but that would be more like regular lessons, no? Or do these GMs focus on squeezing openings?

I am not really a fan of "traps" (they sound more like a recipe to follow, not really fun), so I would be looking for the idea itself like controling a given square that makes it difficult for your oponent to open in a specific way, or similarities.
