    kings gambit declined it looks like, though im not amiliar with the positions.

    It later transposes to a line in the bishop opening (which at times is similar to the kings gambit)

    It is some sort of King's gambit declined indeed, although after move four the choices of both players are at least questionable.

    Yes the Kings Gambit or some form of the Vienna Gambit after 1.e4 e5 2.Nc3
