chess rules inquiry for a cyber chess club

Hi I am trying to help start a cyber chess club, and I need to make a list of rules from scratch.  I know I can come up with some of my own, but it's always a good idea to have more second opinions.  Here's what I have in mind offhand.

1.  Be respectful and polite to all others.
2.  Permissions and privileges may be granted or taken away at the moderator's discretion at any time based on individual circumstances and situation(s).
3.  Software applications, speakers, websites, and such are resources that can help promote the purpose of promoting and supporting chess, all its members, and supporting entities.  The chess club, any of its members, staff, and administrators at respective organizations cannot be held liable for anything that of which occurs within the online environment.  However, staff will morally work within the context of the environment to ensure safety and enrichment of the chess club.
4.  Disagreements with a chess game or conversation may be decided primarily by advisor(s) of the club, and under certain contexts, other moderators as designated.
